Tracey is a California native and received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Prior to living in New York City, Tracey obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Tracey enjoys treating a diverse population of varying ages, backgrounds, and functional levels. As a 2x marathoner, she takes a special interest in treating the athletic population as she understands the importance of getting back to sports as quickly, safely, and pain-free as possible. She has taken several continuing education courses in running rehabilitation, weight training, and pilates over the years in order to empower her patients to feel safe in their bodies and get back to the activities that make them feel like themselves again. Tracey is a strong believer in movement being one of the most powerful tools in adding quality to your years.

Outside of the clinic, Tracey loves to run, play volleyball, cook with her friends, do yoga, and listen to live music.
