With over a decade of experience in teaching a wide range of movement disciplines—including ballet, modern/contemporary dance, yoga, and circus aerial arts—Mistral is dedicated to lifelong learning and teaching. Her expertise is further enriched by her certification in Mindfulness Meditation, which she integrates into her yoga instruction to enhance holistic well-being.
Mistral earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hunter College and has developed a diverse clinical background spanning orthopedics, acute care, dance medicine, and pelvic floor health. She specializes in treating orthopedic injuries, dance and circus arts-related conditions, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
